Consultations at Get PR Faster
Our consultations are designed to help you on your migration journey. Each session is 30 minutes, and it is typically more than sufficient to get through your questions and provide meaningful feedback. In each 30-minute session, our experienced lawyers and agents will discuss your migration goals, assess your eligibility, and outline the best pathway forward. We’ll explore strategies to strengthen your application and explain the next steps.
Consultations are conducted online via Zoom for your convenience. Face-to-face consultations may be available upon request, with an additional fee and subject to availability. Please note that consultations do not include a comprehensive review of documents.
Maximising Value from Your Consultation
To help you get the most out of your consultation with us, we provide a link to a Microsoft form in your booking confirmation email. This form allows you to enter essential information and submit any questions or specific concerns you may have ahead of time. By sharing these details 24-48 hours before your consultation, our team can thoroughly prepare, tailoring our advice and insights to your unique circumstances. This preparation helps us make the best use of your consultation time, ensuring you receive maximum value and guidance that aligns closely with your migration goals.
Respectful Interaction Policy
Riverwood Migration maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any form of disrespect, harassment, aggression, violence, or discrimination. If any such behaviour occurs, our lawyers and agents reserve the right to end the consultation immediately, without issuing a refund.
No Show, Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy
- You must provide at least 24 hours notice if you wish to change your consultation time. For rescheduling within 24 hours of the consultation, a $220.00 administration fee will apply. Without payment of the administration fee.
- To cancel your consultation, please use the cancellation link in your appointment confirmation email and notify us at [email protected].
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation will be fully refunded.
- Consultation fees are separate from future application fees. If you require additional assistance later but choose not to proceed with our services, a new consultation will need to be scheduled.
- For rescheduling within 24 hours of the consultation, a $80.00 administration fee will apply.
- Refunds are not available for no show and cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment. If you cannot attend, please contact us promptly at [email protected].
In the rare event that Riverwood Migration must reschedule or cancel a consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, we will work to accommodate you with the earliest available appointment.
